Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Systems & Automation Assistant in the Philippines to support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal digital systems and automated workflows. You will work with Google AppSheet, Sheets, and related Workspace tools to build scalable solutions.

Fresh graduates and those with up to two years of experience are encouraged to apply. A basic knowledge of Apps Script/JavaScript is a plus, as is familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, CS, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of relevant experience encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with Google AppSheet, Google Sheets, or other low-code/no-code development platforms.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge; exposure to Google Apps Script/JavaScript is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure internal apps and workflows using Google AppSheet and Sheets.
• Assist in automation using Google Apps Script, including notifications and approvals.
• Translate business processes into practical digital workflows.
• Develop forms, dashboards, reports, and basic system integrations.
• Enhance and maintain AppSheet applications and automation.
