Job summary

EviSmart in Manila operates a live global platform with a strong finance backbone. The Finance & Accounting Specialist will own OTC/Revenue — AR and Billing, and lead collections while managing one direct report. The role is night shift to support Canada operations.

You will ensure invoice accuracy, coordinate with customers, and maintain clean ledgers in QuickBooks, with emphasis on reducing aging and improving cash flow. This is a hands-on finance position in a high-growth tech company.

Qualifications

• Very high data-entry accuracy (≳ 99%).
• Experience in AR, billing and customer collections.
• Bank and credit card reconciliation experience.
• Ability to file sales tax and maintain ledgers.
• Comfortable with night shift for Canada/North America operations.
• Can-do mindset: owns issues and fixes them proactively.

Responsibilities

• Own AR entries, billing, and invoice accuracy for the revenue cycle.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding balances with customers.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on schedule.
• Prepare and file sales tax across jurisdictions.
• Manage QuickBooks entries with high accuracy and traceability.
• Supervise and develop one junior accountant.
• Escalate anomalies with clear thresholds and actions.
