Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in Bulacan is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to develop and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules, optimizing OEE and minimizing downtime.

You will lead a technical team of Electrical & Mechanical Specialists, ensure safety compliance, manage spare parts inventory, and report MTTR/MTBF metrics to support uninterrupted production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive equipment maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role in a high-volume plant.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation and motor controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Lead, coach, and supervise a technical team of electricians and technicians.
• Inspect critical plant equipment and utilities to ensure 100% operational reliability.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHS compliance across maintenance activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance costs to optimize stock levels.
• Apply practical mechanical and electrical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Utilize maintenance metrics (MTTR, MTBF) for reports and decision making.
• Coordinate with Production/Engineering Manager to align maintenance with operations.
