Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Collections in BPO or Shared Services.
• Able to work on night shift.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendor accounts and identify overdue invoices or delinquent balances.
• Communicate with vendors for payment arrangements.
• Reach out to clients for securing payments.
• Negotiate payment plans for customers.
• Prepare reports on account status and payment forecasts.
