Job summary

CT Prime-Solutions Virtual Assistance Services is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the team in Cebu City. The role focuses on creating product labels from scratch or via brand guidelines, and developing marketing materials under the Marketing Director's direction.

The candidate will manage design projects end-to-end, align with brand standards, and translate creative direction into polished visuals while collaborating with internal teams. Night shift, onsite, Philippine-based company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
• Strong graphic design skills, with a good eye for layout, typography, colors, and detail.
• Ability to create original designs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable receiving creative direction and translating it into polished designs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and other tools for internal communication.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work onsite during the specified night shift.

Responsibilities

• Create product labels from scratch or based on established brand guidelines.
• Develop marketing materials under the direction of the Marketing Director.
• Manage design projects independently, from initial concepts through final deliverables.
• Follow creative direction while contributing your own ideas and design expertise.
• Ensure all designs meet brand standards, quality expectations, and project requirements.
• Make revisions and incorporate feedback as needed.
• Coordinate with internal team members regarding design requests, updates, and deadlines.
