Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in client services, project coordination, or digital marketing operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues and escalate when appropriate.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve efficiency and workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a matrixed environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM–6 AM CST).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of digital marketing campaigns from initiation to execution.
• Review assets, assist with QA/testing, and support reporting and performance tracking.
• Document data readiness files and perform data-related tasks for campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely milestones and issue resolution.
• Identify risks or issues and help implement process improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of innovative tools.
