Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently via fax, email, Esker, EDI, and Salesforce.
• Ensure data integrity in SAP ERP and manage order workflows to meet SLAs.
• Handle returns, credits, allocations, and escalations; support cross-functional teams.
• Generate and review operational reports and participate in process improvements.
• Maintain SOX compliance and uphold quality system requirements.
