Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in the Philippines is seeking an experienced nursing manager to oversee UM operations. The role requires a BS Nursing degree, Philippine PHRN or USRN license, and a track record of 8+ years in UM leadership, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

Candidates must be highly communicative, computer-literate with strong MS Office skills, and able to work the 8pm–5am shift from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

BS Nursing graduate with Philippine license: PHRN minimum or USRN.
Minimum 8+ years managerial experience in UM including supervisory.
Total years of experience: 2+ years managerial experience.
Good communications skills.
Computer literate with at least 50 Mbps internet.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
Shift: 8pm–5am, Monday to Friday, weekends off.
