Job summary

Salmon Group Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Non-Financial Risk Officer to support the NFR Manager within the Bank's risk framework. The role covers identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of operational, IT, compliance, and reputational risks across Salmon Bank's units as part of the 2LOD.

You will collaborate with 1LOD process owners, prepare ROC materials for senior management, and contribute to risk governance, policies, and governance records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, or IT.
• 3+ years in risk management, compliance, or internal audit in financial services.
• Knowledge of BSP/MORB regulatory environment and risk frameworks (RCSA, KRI).

Responsibilities

• Assist in risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting across non-financial risk domains.
• Maintain risk registers, KRIs, control effectiveness, and escalation of issues.
• Prepare materials for ROC and senior management and support risk governance processes.
