Job summary

Philweb Corporation is seeking a Network Security Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our security infrastructure. You will ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data while enforcing security policies and responding to evolving threats in a hybrid work environment.

Reporting to IT leadership, you will lead security operations, perform vulnerability assessments, conduct audits, and coordinate with stakeholders to strengthen enterprise-wide controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation, administration, and maintenance of the organization's security systems
• Ensure the proper maintenance and optimal performance of all deployed security solutions
• Monitor and improve the organization's overall cybersecurity posture
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of the IT infrastructure
• Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures
• Perform vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate security risks
• Conduct periodic security audits for endpoint and perimeter security solutions
• Review and authorize monthly security access requests
• Maintain up-to-date security documentation and compliance records
• Ensure timely detection, investigation, and resolution of security incidents
• Create and implement security policies aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements
• Provide technical support and security guidance to internal departments
• Coordinate with stakeholders to strengthen enterprise-wide security controls
• Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and solutions
• Lead initiatives to improve cybersecurity processes and risk management practices
• Promote security awareness and best practices across the organization
• Ensure all security systems remain updated to address evolving cyber threats

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the organization's network security infrastructure, including the design, implementation, administration, and maintenance of security systems. The role safeguards the organization's network and information assets by ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, while developing and enforcing security policies and responding to emerging cybersecurity threats.

Key Responsibilities

Network Security Management

• Oversee the implementation, administration, and maintenance of the organization's security systems
• Ensure the proper maintenance and optimal performance of all deployed security solutions
• Monitor and improve the organization's overall cybersecurity posture
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of the IT infrastructure

Cybersecurity Operations

• Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures
