Job summary

Thrive, located in Pampanga, Philippines, seeks a Network Deployment specialist to implement and secure customer networks using Fortinet firewalls, Cisco, Meraki, and related solutions. You will support peers, document configurations, and help improve operational processes.

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–3 years networking/firewall experience, and proficiency with VPN, TCP/IP, and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical equivalent.
• Fortinet NSE4 or higher certification preferred.
• 1–3 years Networking and Firewall experience.
• Proficient with IPv4 protocols, VPN, TCP/IP and Next Generation Firewalls.
• Knowledge of Fortinet/Meraki/Cisco/Ruckus/Extreme products.
• Experience with Visio required.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (NAble, SolarWinds) preferred.
• Excellent problem solver and能 prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle diverse networking environments for multiple clients.
• Analyze and document unfamiliar network environments.
• Coordinate equipment installation, service testing, and issue resolution.
• Help develop network standards and processes.
• Deploy and activate network solutions and internet circuits.
• Troubleshoot incidents and escalate when needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of network design and best practices.
• Set client and engineer expectations during implementation.
• Drive deployments through project processes to successful outcomes.
• Present project plans at kickoff and identify scope gaps or opportunities.
