Job summary

AVENSYS CONSULTING INC. is seeking a network engineer experienced with Infoblox DDI to manage DNS, DHCP, and IPAM platforms. You will configure zones, scopes, IP reservations, and support IP address management with an emphasis on reliability and security.

responsible for troubleshooting, monitoring, and automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role follows a hybrid setup with on-site support in Mandaluyong, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Infoblox NIOS and DDI solutions.
• Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, routing, and switching.
• Experience troubleshooting DNS resolution, DHCP allocation, and IP conflicts.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and automation tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM platforms.
• Configure and manage DNS zones, DHCP scopes, IP reservations, and IP address allocation.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and network incidents.
• Monitor network services for high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Manage Infoblox Grid architecture, Grid Masters/Members and HA pairs.
• Support migrations, IP renumbering, and infrastructure transformation projects.
• Maintain IP inventories, subnet utilization, VLANs, and network docs.
• Implement DNS security best practices and standards compliance.
• Automate tasks using Infoblox APIs, scripting, and network automation tools.
• Collaborate with network, security, server, cloud, and app teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in change management, maintenance, and on-call rotations.
• Develop and maintain technical docs and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) platforms.

• Configure and manage DNS zones, DHCP scopes, IP reservations, and IP address allocation.

• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and network-related incidents.

• Monitor network services to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.

• Manage Infoblox Grid architecture, Grid Masters, Grid Members, and HA pairs.

• Support network migrations, IP renumbering, and infrastructure transformation projects.

• Maintain IP address inventories, subnet utilization, VLAN assignments, and network documentation.

• Implement DNS security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Automate operational tasks using Infoblox APIs, scripting, and network automation tools.

• Collaborate with network, security, server, cloud, and application teams to resolve infrastructure issues.

• Participate in change management, maintenance activities, and on-call support rotations.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of network engineering experience.

Certifications such as:

• Infoblox Certified NIOS Administrator (CNA)

• Infoblox Certified Network Services Professional (CNSP)

• CCNA / CCNP

• ITIL Foundation
