Job summary

Accenture seeks an Infoblox Network Engineer (DNS Engineer) in Mandaluyong to administer Infoblox DDI, configure DNS zones, DHCP scopes, IPAM, and support migrations. You will troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, IPAM issues and collaborate with network, security, server, cloud, and application teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Infoblox NIOS and DDI solutions.
• Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management.
• Solid TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, routing and switching understanding.
• Experience troubleshooting DNS/DHCP/IPAM issues.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and automation tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM platforms.
• Configure DNS zones, DHCP scopes, and IP allocations.
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, IPAM incidents and perform RCA.
• Monitor services for high availability and performance.
• Manage Infoblox Grid architecture and HA pairs.
• Support migrations, IP renumbering and projects.
• Maintain IP inventories, subnet utilization, VLANs, and docs.
• Implement DNS security best practices and compliance.
• Automate tasks using Infoblox APIs and scripting.
• Collaborate with network, security, server, cloud, and apps teams.
• Participate in change management, maintenance, and on-call rotations.
• Develop technical doc, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

Infoblox Network Engineer (DNS Engineer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) platforms.
• Configure and manage DNS zones, DHCP scopes, IP reservations, and IP address allocation.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and network-related incidents.
• Monitor network services to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Manage Infoblox Grid architecture, Grid Masters, Grid Members, and HA pairs.
• Support network migrations, IP renumbering, and infrastructure transformation projects.
• Maintain IP address inventories, subnet utilization, VLAN assignments, and network documentation.
• Implement DNS security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Automate operational tasks using Infoblox APIs, scripting, and network automation tools.
• Collaborate with network, security, server, cloud, and application teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
• Participate in change management, maintenance activities, and on-call support rotations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Infoblox NIOS and DDI solutions.
• Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, routing, and switching.
• Experience troubleshooting DNS resolution, DHCP allocation, and IP conflicts.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and automation tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of network engineering experience.

Certifications such as:

• Infoblox Certified NIOS Administrator (CNA)
• Infoblox Certified Network Services Professional (CNSP)
• CCNA / CCNP
• ITIL Foundation
