Job summary

ARC PH is seeking a Network Engineer to design, run, and secure the infrastructure behind our internal operations and client services — full-time, on-site in Davao.

If you can troubleshoot a network issue to root cause, keep documentation up to date, and communicate clearly with non-technical teammates, we want to talk to you. Willing to be on-site in Davao with occasional off-hours maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and network monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of network security: access control, encryption, IDS/IPS.
• Exposure to VPNs, VoIP, and cloud connectivity support.
• Ability to troubleshoot root causes and avoid patchwork fixes.
• Experience documenting network topology and processes for teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless APs.
• Oversee network security, VPNs, VoIP, and cloud connectivity.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues to identify root causes.

If you can troubleshoot a network issue down to root cause instead of just patching it, and you actually keep your documentation up to date, we want to talk to you.

• Routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points — configuration, monitoring, and upkeep
• Network security: access control, encryption, intrusion detection/prevention
• VPNs, VoIP, and cloud connectivity support
• Root-cause troubleshooting on complex network issues, not band-aid fixes
• Network topology and process documentation that the whole team can actually use
• Strong grasp of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and network monitoring tools
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or VMware networking is a plus
• Comfortable explaining a network problem to a non-technical teammate
• Willing to be on-site in Davao and support occasional off-hours maintenance
