NCS Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Architect to align architecture with project needs in a fast-paced environment. You will lead capacity planning across on‑premise, virtualized, and cloud platforms, ensure secure rollouts, and document architecture from design to evaluation.

The role requires 3–5+ years in IT infrastructure with hands-on deployment experience and strong collaboration with project teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems.

Formación

• Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or related field.
• Related Work Experience – 3–5+ years in IT infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, migration, operations and solution deployment.
• Solutions design of IT infrastructures (compute, storage, network, security).

Responsabilidades

• Consult with IT project teams to align infrastructure architecture with project requirements.
• Develop capacity plans for computer and storage needs (on‑prem, virtual, cloud).
• Ensure architecture rollouts meet security standards and integrate with existing infra.
• Develop detailed implementation plans for infrastructure architecture based on IT strategies.
• Participate in requirements gathering and contribute to IT infrastructure plans.
• Evaluate project success and capture lessons learned for improvement.
• Provide leadership feedback for future integration plans.
• Ensure documentation of architecture design and evaluation work.
• Develop and execute communications/education plan for infrastructure architecture.
• Regularly inspect and improve current systems and procedures.
• Ensure disaster preparedness; secure backup and recovery methods.
• Other job-related activities as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consult with IT project teams to align infrastructure architecture with project requirements, identifying necessary modifications.

• Develop comprehensive capacity plans for computer and storage requirements in on-premise, virtualized, or cloud environments.

• Ensure that architecture project roll-outs meet security standards and seamlessly integrate with existing applications and infrastructure.

• Develop detailed implementation plans for infrastructure architecture based on IT strategies and business requirements.

• Actively participate in project requirements gathering, contributing to the overall IT infrastructure plans.

• Evaluate project success, identifying best practices and lessons learned for continuous improvement..

• Provides feedback to leadership and incorporates this information into future integration plans.

• Ensures documentation of entire architecture design and evaluation work.

• Develop and execute communication plus education plan for infrastructure architecture

• Regularly inspect and work to improve current systems and procedures.

• Ensure disaster preparedness; secure backup and recovery methods to protect against system disruptions.

• Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or any related course.

• Related Work Experience – At least 3- 5+ years of relevant experience

  • At least 3+ years of extensive hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure design, implementation, migration, operations and solution deployment of business-critical systems with high availability context

  • Solutions design of IT infrastructures (i.e. compute, storage, network, security)
