Job description

• Leverage expertise in NetSuite ERP, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics to support system enhancements, workflow automation, and business process optimization.

• Conduct business process analysis, gather and document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and appropriate NetSuite system configurations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across different business units to identify operational challenges, evaluate existing workflows, and recommend system improvements aligned with business objectives.

• Support data migration activities, system integration with third-party applications, and the development of reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

• Assist in system testing, including functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, functional specifications, and system configuration records.

• Provide user training, technical guidance, and ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization and adoption.

• Work closely with technical teams, developers, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, and ensure the successful delivery of NetSuite-related projects.
