Aligned Outsource, Inc. (BPO) is seeking a qualified NetSuite & SuiteCommerce Consultant for its client:
About The Company
The Company is a mobile automotive diagnostics and calibration company that partners with collision repair and automotive service centers to deliver specialized technical services, helping ensure vehicles are repaired safely, efficiently, and in accordance with manufacturer standards.
Position Overview
We are looking for a full-time NetSuite & SuiteCommerce Consultant for a 3-4 month contract to configure, extend, and support NetSuite as we launch a redesigned website.
We are redesigning our customer-facing website on SuiteCommerce, and the NetSuite back end must change with it. This role bridges the two: translating front-end requirements into NetSuite configuration, and making sure orders, items, pricing, customers, and inventory flow cleanly between the site and the ERP.
You will work alongside our web/design partner, internal finance and operations users, and project leadership through design, build, testing, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
NetSuite functional configuration
- Gather and document business requirements for NetSuite changes driven by the website redesign
- Configure item records, matrix items, item categories/commerce categories, pricing levels, promotions, and shipping methods
- Configure customer records, web store roles, customer-specific pricing, and payment methods
- Update saved searches, custom fields, custom records, forms, and workflows supporting web orders
- Validate order-to-cash flow for web orders: sales orders, fulfillment, invoicing, payments, and returns
SuiteCommerce and web integration
- Configure the SuiteCommerce / SuiteCommerce Advanced website setup, domains, and web store settings
- Manage site content, product display, search and facet settings, and checkout configuration
- Coordinate with front-end developers or the design agency on theme, extension, and SSP application deployments
- Troubleshoot data sync issues between the website and NetSuite (items, inventory, pricing, orders, customers)
- Support integrations with payment gateways, tax engines (e.g., Avalara), shipping, and other third-party apps
Testing, launch, and support
- Build test scripts and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users
- Manage data migration or cleanup of item and customer data ahead of launch
- Support go-live cutover and provide hands-on post-launch support and issue resolution
- Document configurations, processes, and known issues; train internal staff for handoff
- Provide regular status updates and flag risks to project leadership
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years as a NetSuite functional consultant, administrator, or support analyst
- Hands-on experience with SuiteCommerce, SuiteCommerce Advanced, or SiteBuilder web store configuration

- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and their accounting impact
- Proficiency with saved searches, custom fields/records, forms, and SuiteFlow workflows
- Experience supporting at least one website launch, redesign, or major e-commerce implementation
- Ability to work independently, prioritize quickly, and deliver within a fixed project timeline
- Clear communicator who can work with both technical developers and non-technical business users
Preferred
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Administrator, or SuiteCommerce Developer)
- Familiarity with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteCommerce extensions, and the Extension Manager framework
- Experience with B2B and B2C web store configurations, including customer-specific pricing and account portals
