CohnReznick in Manila is seeking a NetSuite Functional Senior Associate to join our growing NetSuite team. This hybrid role supports multiple clients across industries, delivering ERP deployments, configurations, testing, and user training while collaborating with a cross-functional, globally minded group.

You will lead discovery workshops, document business processes, and mentor junior teammates. A bachelor’s degree in IT or CS and NetSuite experience are preferred; certification is welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Functional expertise in finance/accounting, distribution/supply chain (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay), manufacturing.
• Proficient with Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Jira.
• ERP implementation or professional services experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with consultants and clients and make impactful project presentations.
• Team player, has worked in small and large teams.
• Self-starter, driven, resourceful, and problem solver.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and document specifications.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, GitHub, Jira, and NetSuite’s Support module.
• Certified NetSuite Consultant is recommended.

Responsabilités

• Deploy NetSuite ERP solutions for clients across multiple industry verticals.
• Work in Managed Service environments supporting multiple clients with optimized systems.
• Lead discovery workshops with clients, gathering requirements and documenting business process flows.
• Perform system configuration, testing and training.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance and direction as needed.
• Be a problem solver, curious, and craft optimal solutions.
• Provide business process and product expertise to clients and implementation teams.
