Job summary

Vault Outsourcing OPC in the Philippines is seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant to deliver tailored NetSuite solutions aligned with client processes, working with clients, stakeholders, developers, and the Sales team across design, implementation, testing, training, and ongoing support.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integrations, and post-go-live support, with opportunities to interact with Australian clients on an AU dayshift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on NetSuite ERP implementation and consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of core NetSuite Finance and Wholesale/Distribution (WD) modules.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or wholesale/distribution is highly desirable.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience with NetSuite configuration, workflows, forms, customizations, and integrations.
• Exposure to HTML, JavaScript, and coding, with an understanding of the technical aspects of NetSuite.
• Understanding of cloud technology, APIs, data migration, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident working with clients and managing expectations in complex or fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
• Passion for delivering high-quality client experiences and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through client workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Advise clients on NetSuite solutions and best practices based on their business processes and requirements.
• Identify gaps between standard NetSuite functionality and client requirements and develop appropriate solution designs.
• Design and configure end-to-end NetSuite solutions across relevant modules.
• Collaborate with development teams on customizations, workflows, integrations, testing, and implementation.
• Work with the Sales team on solution scoping, requirements, timelines, and deliverables during the pre-sales process.
• Lead and support testing, UAT, data migration, implementation, and post-go-live activities.
• Deliver client training, workshops, demonstrations, and walkthroughs to promote effective use of NetSuite.
• Provide ongoing client support, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Support project delivery by managing priorities, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
