Job summary

Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This role requires CPA qualification, strong NetSuite functional expertise, and hands-on experience with end-to-end NetSuite implementations.

You will work with clients to translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions and provide ongoing support. The position is fully remote with Pacific Time (PST) hours, serving clients globally.

Qualifications

• CPA qualification is required.
• 5+ years of relevant NetSuite functional experience.
• Proven experience with end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite financial modules and accounting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand processes and identify NetSuite solutions.
• Support end-to-end NetSuite implementations from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Configure and optimize NetSuite based on accounting processes.
• Work with NetSuite financial modules and support core financial processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes in NetSuite.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide solutions to clients.
• Support testing, UAT, and system updates.
• Prepare functional and process documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure requirements are delivered.
• Provide guidance during implementation and after go-live.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet project timelines.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a CPA-qualified NetSuite professional with strong functional experience, a solid understanding of financial processes, and hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end NetSuite implementations. You will work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate business requirements into practical NetSuite solutions and provide functional support throughout implementations, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and identify appropriate NetSuite solutions.

• Support end-to-end NetSuite implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Configure and optimize NetSuite based on business requirements and accounting processes.

• Work with NetSuite financial modules and support core financial processes.

• Translate business requirements into practical and scalable NetSuite solutions.

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and make better use of NetSuite.

• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide solutions to clients and end users.

• Support system enhancements, testing, UAT, and system updates.

• Prepare functional documentation, process documentation, user guides, and other project-related materials.

• Work closely with technical consultants and other teams to make sure functional requirements are properly understood and delivered.

• Provide functional guidance and support to clients during implementation and after go-live.

• Manage multiple priorities and deliverables while meeting project timelines and client expectations.
  

What You’ll Need:

• CPA qualification is required.

• 5+ years of relevant NetSuite functional experience.

• Proven experience with end-to-end NetSuite implementations.

• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with NetSuite financial modules and accounting processes.

• Good understanding of NetSuite functionality, configuration, and business processes.

• Strong accounting and finance background.

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into NetSuite solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working directly with clients and business stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
