Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) is seeking a remote web developer in the Philippines to bridge support and development across live client sites, handling frontend and backend tasks and small change requests.

You will deploy updates via Azure DevOps, document support processes, and collaborate with the team to drive product improvements while growing into a full-stack role. Mon-Fri 1PM-10PM PH time, homebased.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of web development experience.
• Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript and C# knowledge.
• Familiar with Umbraco CMS and/or .NET MVC frameworks.
• Experience with ticketing tools (Freshdesk, Zendesk, ZOHO or DevOps Boards).
• Familiarity with Azure hosting environments and deployments.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting mindset.
• Logical and calm under pressure.
• Excellent communicator, able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Keen to grow into a full-stack developer role through hands-on exposure to real client challenges.

About the role

To provide technical support and development assistance across live client sites, combining frontend, backend, and helpdesk responsibilities. Acts as the bridge between the Support Desk and Development Team, ensuring smooth resolution of tickets and small change requests.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve support tickets across frontend (UI/UX), backend (CMS/CRM), and hosting issues.

• Perform small change requests and site improvements (UI tweaks, bug fixes, content model updates).

• Deploy updates and patches via Azure DevOps under supervision of senior developers.

• Create and maintain documentation for support processes and recurring fixes.

• Collaborate with developers to identify recurring issues and propose product improvements.

• Assist in QA/UAT periods during new web builds.

• Support internal and client training through documentation and recorded walk-throughs.

• Maintain awareness of SLA priorities and communicate updates to the Account Management Team.

About you

• 2-4 years experience in web development (frontend and backend mix).

• Good grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.

• Basic understanding of Umbraco CMS and/or .NET MVC frameworks.

• Experience with ticket management tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, ZOHO or DevOps Boards).

• Familiarity with Azure hosting environments and website deployments.
