Brainbox in Pampanga, Philippines is hiring an NDIS Claims Officer. You will prepare and validate payment claims for the client’s entities, ensuring accuracy for submission by the Australian Claims Authoriser.

The role involves batch management across multiple entities, reconciliation, and reporting, with strict adherence to pricing rules and data quality. On-site work, with a strong focus on detail and compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with claims, medical billing, or high-volume finance is preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills including lookups and CSV handling.
• Experience using a rostering or care management system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate NDIS claims against service records and timesheets.
• Maintain batches by entity and ABN, and prepare billing registers.
• Reconcile payments and flag variances in client accounting records.
• Follow up missing documentation with Australian staff and generate reports.
