Job summary

Adec-Innovations is seeking a National Pricing Associate to support data entry tasks aligned with client quality requirements. The role involves entering order data into the client-supplied system and verifying accuracy before advancing to the next field.

You'll identify partner needs, coordinate with State contacts to ensure data accuracy, and prepare product availability reports for multi-site transactions. Training and adherence to company policies are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college completed.
• At least 1 year of experience with title or escrow processes.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• At least 1 year of relevant BPO experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Key-in accurate information of an order into the client-supplied application according to project specs.
• Checks accuracy of encoded data before proceeding to the next field or order.
• Identify partner needs, prioritize requests, collaborate with State contacts to ensure data accuracy, and prepare product availability reports for multi-site transactions.
• Attends project orientation, job-related training, or company-initiated training and applies the learnings to effectively perform their tasks.
• Ensures compliance with company rules and regulations.
