Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

National Key Account Manager

Are you ready to lead a national Key Account team, drive executional excellence, and deliver sustainable growth across strategic accounts?

The National Key Account Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating key account activities across priority accounts and institutional customers nationwide. The role provides strategic direction to the key account team, ensures strong execution of account strategies, and works closely with internal partners to drive sustainable business growth. This position focuses on executing national key account plans, strengthening customer partnerships, expanding product access, and delivering strong commercial outcomes, while ensuring all activities are conducted in line with company policies, the Code of Conduct, and applicable industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a national team of Key Account Managers to drive consistent account execution
  • Develop, implement, and monitor national and account level plans to support business growth and effective resource utilization
  • Drive achievement of key performance indicators, including account objectives and CRM KPIs
  • Support increased product access in hospitals, industrial accounts and contribute to market share growth and account expansion
  • Oversee tender and drug bidding activities across assigned accounts and channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including key accounts, drugstore chains, wholesalers, hospitals, industrial accounts and relevant healthcare institutions
  • Partner closely with cross functional teams to ensure aligned and effective execution of commercial initiatives
  • Monitor account performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, the Code of Conduct, and local industry regulations
  • Act as a role model for ethical behavior, accountability, and customer focused engagement
