• Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth and medical development goals.
• Assist in the formulation of the company's medical strategy, including budget allocation and resource management.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in leading medical teams, particularly within the obstetrics and pediatrics sectors.
• Strong track record in medical channel management and building relationships with medical professionals and industry experts.
• Ability to tailor and manage the work content of a medical team, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Previous experience working with Wyeth, Mead Johnson, or Nestlé Infant Formula is highly desirable.
