Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a skilled technician to handle routine maintenance and repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in a Makati-based facility.

You will diagnose and fix equipment issues quickly, inspect safety and operating procedures, assist with minor structural tasks, and ensure compliance with OHS regulations while coordinating with external contractors and managing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Routine Maintenance & Repairs: Perform regular preventative and corrective maintenance across various systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose and repair technical equipment failures, power issues, or mechanical breakdowns to minimize site downtime.
• Equipment Inspections: Conduct routine safety inspections, log operational data, and ensure all site machinery meets safety standards and operating procedures.
• Facilities Upkeep: Assist with minor structural repairs, fixtures installation, painting, and basic facility modifications as needed.
• Compliance & Safety: Strictly follow occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, wear proper PPE, and ensure all work aligns with local building codes and standards.
• Vendor & Inventory Management: Coordinate with external specialized contractors, keep track of spare parts/tools inventory, and report reordering needs.
