Main responsibilities of a MULTIMEDIA SPECIALIST include:
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production & Creative Direction
Lead the end-to-end production of multimedia content from concept development to final delivery.
Plan, direct, and execute video productions including corporate videos, campaigns, interviews, event highlights, office tours, testimonials, and social media content.
Develop creative concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
Direct on-site shoots and guide talents to ensure authentic, brand-aligned storytelling.
Produce both short-form and long-form video content optimized for various digital platforms.
Edit videos using professional post-production techniques, including color correction, sound mixing, subtitles, and motion graphics.
Photography
Capture high-quality corporate, lifestyle, office, event, and campaign photography.
Plan and execute photoshoots while maintaining brand consistency.
Edit and enhance photos using industry-standard software.
Presentation & Graphic Design
Design professional presentations, sales decks, pitch decks, and executive presentations that communicate ideas clearly and visually.
Create branded marketing materials for both print and digital platforms.
Develop presentation templates and visual systems aligned with brand guidelines.
Produce social media graphics, infographics, event materials, posters, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Film, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
At least1-2years of experience in multimedia production, creative design, or visual communications.
Strong portfolio showcasing:
Video production
Photography
Presentation (PowerPoint) design
Graphic design
Brand campaigns
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong knowledge of video production workflows, cinematography, lighting, and audio recording.
Excellent photography skills, including camera operation and composition.
Advanced PowerPoint presentation design skills.
Basic to medium-level proficiency in Canva for template creation and branded content.
