Job description

The Multimedia Specialist will manage the company's digital presence, brand narrative, and events. This role is highly hands-on, requiring a split focus between multi-format content creation, daily administrative channel management, and long-term content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Production

  • Visual Creation: Produce and edit high-quality image and video assets that align with brand standards.

  • Shoot Execution: Plan, manage, and execute media shoots from concept to final delivery.

  • Copywriting: Craft compelling copy, engaging headlines, and optimized social media captions.

• Channel Management

  • Digital Administration: Handle the daily administrative management, publishing, and upkeep of company social media and website accounts.

• Content Strategy & Planning

  • Editorial Control: Prepare, maintain, and manage the overarching digital content calendar.

  • Strategic Input: Participate actively in annual communication and marketing strategic planning sessions

• Event Planning & Management

  • Event Support: Assist in the seamless preparation, logistics, and execution of Communications-led events.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: College Graduate. A degree in Communication Arts, Creative Writing, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts and Design, or a related creative field is highly preferred.

• Core Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience spanning content creation, copywriting, photography, videography, blogging, and multimedia production. Prior experience in Event Management and Website Development is a major plus.
