Job summary

Offshore Business Processing is seeking a motivated student to support the Marketing team in content creation and video production. You will assist production staff with website and social media content, research topics, and coordinate with creatives to keep projects on track.

The role involves on-site work in Ortigas Pasig and Cubao, with responsibilities spanning content production, research, scheduling, and partial video editing to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a related BS or Master’s degree.
• Strong interest in learning and professional growth in marketing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist production staff in developing content for website and social media.
• Research topics using varied sources including video archives and the internet.
• Coordinate with creatives and managers to ensure smooth project flow.
• Support marketing by managing tasks, taking notes, and tracking schedules.
• Run errands for supplies, props, equipment, and meals as needed for the project.
• Produce and perform minor mobile video edits adhering to guidelines.
• Assist in data gathering and report creation.
• Provide support in sound, lighting, camera, editing, and postproduction.
• Support the team to complete tasks with expected quality.
