Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Multimedia Designer for PR & Communications to craft visual, digital, and multimedia assets that bolster employer branding, internal communications, and public relations across GCC locations including the Philippines, Hungary, and India. You will ensure alignment with Xerox brand standards and support campaigns across multiple channels.

Qualifications

Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
0–2 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, digital communications, or related creative disciplines.
Internship, freelance, or project-based experience may be considered.
Portfolio demonstrating visual design, multimedia production, video editing, and motion graphics.
Experience creating content for social media, presentations, digital campaigns, or employer branding is an asset.

Responsibilities

Design recruitment marketing and employer branding assets.
Create assets supporting town halls and employee meetings and internal communications.
Develop videos, motion graphics, and social media graphics for campaigns.
Support awards, certifications, and employer branding programs.
Maintain and organize communications asset libraries and templates.
Ensure assets comply with Xerox brand guidelines across GCC locations.
