Job summary

The American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, Inc. is seeking a creative Multimedia Designer/Specialist to join its Communications and Marketing Department in the Philippines.

This hands-on role converts objectives into compelling visual content across social media, websites, publications, events, and multimedia materials. The ideal candidate will have a degree in design, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of video, motion graphics, and web design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia production, and visual communications.
• Strong portfolio: graphic design, digital content, video, animation, publications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia production.
• Understanding of layout, typography, branding, accessibility, and data visualization.
• Experience designing multi-page documents (brochures, journals, directories, annual reports).
• Basic WordPress knowledge and web design awareness.
• Strong creative thinking; ability to translate objectives into visuals.
• Meticulous attention to detail in layout and branding.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design materials for print and digital.
• Develop visual assets for website, social media, EDMs, and campaigns.
• Create event collateral: banners, invitations, programs, signage.
• Produce brochures, posters, reports, and promotional materials.
• Create and edit multimedia content: videos and animations.
• Edit video content for events, campaigns, and media.
• Prepare and schedule EDMs with Communications team.
• Layout AmCham publications: journals, directories, annual reports.
• Maintain organized archives of design assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet communications needs.
