Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an experienced Multimedia Designer in Clark to lead visual storytelling across video, motion graphics and digital design.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor a small team, and ensure outputs align with brand guidelines while driving high-visibility creative projects. The role requires a strong portfolio, 5–7+ years of experience, and advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years’ experience within a creative agency, design studio or in-house creative team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production, video editing, motion graphics and multimedia design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-quality video and multimedia content for marketing and corporate communications.
• Creating motion graphics, video presentations and digital assets that bring brands to life.
• Designing marketing collateral including brochures, eDMs, advertisements, signage, banners and newsletters.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver creative solutions.
• Ensuring all output aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Providing guidance and support to designers within the Clark creative team.

How You'll Shine

As our Multimedia Designer, you'll create engaging visual content across a variety of digital and print channels while helping elevate the quality of work across the team.

• Producing high-quality video and multimedia content for marketing and corporate communications
• Creating motion graphics, video presentations and digital assets that bring our brands to life
• Designing marketing collateral including brochures, eDMs, advertisements, signage, banners, newsletters and other promotional materials
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver creative solutions
• Ensuring all creative output aligns with established brand guidelines and visual standards
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
• Providing guidance, feedback and support to designers within the Clark creative team
• Identifying creative opportunities and recommending innovative approaches to visual communication

What You'll Bring

• We’re seeking a seasoned creative professional who combines strong technical capability with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Essential experience 5-7+ years’ experience within a creative agency, design studio or in-house creative team
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production, video editing, motion graphics and multimedia design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly: Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Experience developing content across both digital and print channels
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through to final delivery
• Experience mentoring, coaching or leading a small team of designers
• Strong client or stakeholder-facing experience
