Job summary

Magic, Inc. is seeking a remote freelance Multimedia Content Creator to build and animate brand assets, establish campaigns across social media, and support video, photography, and audio ad production for a painting and contracting client.

You will prepare assets for paid media across TV and digital placements, maintain brand consistency, and organize a reusable asset library while working within the allocated budget. A strong portfolio is required and proficiency in key design tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, brand design, and multimedia content production.
• Hands‑on proficiency with design/animation tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva).
• Experience creating and editing video ads in multiple lengths and formats.
• Experience setting up and managing social media content calendars and publishing schedules.
• A portfolio showing animated brand assets and ad creative.

About the Client

Our client is a well-established painting and contracting company with more than 14 years of specialized experience serving homeowners, HOA communities, and commercial properties. They are known for complete exterior repaints and repairs, including stucco, wood trim, wrought iron, and block walls, backed by a written performance warranty and a “no surprises” process. They are now investing in a stronger digital and advertising presence and are looking for a creative partner to bring their brand to life across social media, video, and paid media.

Why does this role exist?

This role exists to build and maintain a cohesive digital brand presence for the client by developing animated brand assets, establishing their campaign across social media platforms, and supporting ongoing video, photography, and audio ad production. You will help prepare creative assets for paid media placements across TV and other advertising channels, working within the client’s allocated budget. Your work will make sure the brand looks, sounds, and feels consistent everywhere it appears.

The Impact you’ll make

Brand Identity & Animated Assets

• Recreate and adapt existing brand elements, including logos, fonts, and brand colors
• Develop animated versions of brand assets for use in digital advertisements
• Maintain visual consistency across all advertising materials and digital platforms

Social Media Setup & Content Planning

• Establish and optimize the client’s presence across relevant social media platforms
• Develop a social media posting plan and content calendar
• Coordinate publishing schedules and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels

Video, Photography & Audio Production

• Support ongoing production of video, photography, and audio advertising content
• Coordinate creative assets and production tasks according to the allocated budget
• Develop multiple versions of advertising creative to support different channels and placements

Advertising Creative & Media Preparation

• Produce or adapt advertisements in 10-second, 15-second, 30-second, and longer formats
• Ensure creative assets meet the technical and formatting requirements of different advertising placements, including television and digital media
• Prepare alternate versions of advertisements to support media placement requirements, pricing considerations, and creative replacements

Asset Organization & Maintenance

• Organize and maintain advertising assets in a structured library for future campaigns and updates
• Keep files, versions, and formats easy to find and reuse

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required

• Proven experience in digital marketing, brand design, and multimedia content production
• Hands‑on proficiency with graphic design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva)
• Experience creating and editing video ads in multiple lengths and formats
• Experience setting up and managing social media content calendars and publishing schedules
