Job summary

World Vision Bangladesh is seeking a Communications Officer to strengthen visibility and impact in the Rohingya Crisis response through strategic communications, storytelling, and multimedia content across digital, print, and on-ground reporting. You will develop branding, manage assets, engage with field teams and media, and support emergency communications with timely reports and high-quality visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Mass Communications/Journalism or equivalent.
• Masters preferred or equivalent experience.
• Diploma in graphic design is an added advantage.
• Minimum two (2) years of practical experience in communications/media.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field visits to capture photos, videos, and stories demonstrating program impact.
• Develop and maintain engaging content for digital channels, social media and internal communications.
• Manage and organise content archives and databases for easy access.
• Design and manage design concepts for all print materials per brand standards.
• Coordinate with printing partners and vendors on production within budgets and deadlines.
• Support media engagement, press materials, and coverage monitoring.
