Job summary

White & Case LLP in Manila seeks a Specialist, Multimedia Communications to concept, design and deliver high-quality visual content for internal and external platforms. You will translate objectives into engaging media, supporting employee engagement and branding across the Manila office.

As part of the Manila Communications team, you will produce digital and print assets, multimedia content and video materials while upholding the Firm’s brand standards and technology policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communications, Design or related field.
• 4–7 years of multimedia design and digital content production experience.
• Experience producing multimedia assets including digital graphics, motion graphics and video.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and modern design workflows.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills; portfolio required.

Responsibilities

• Provide visual and multimedia solutions supporting Manila office communications and branding.
• Design digital, social media and print content: banners, posters, infographics, presentations.
• Produce and edit video content, motion graphics and digital presentations.
• Develop visual concepts, storyboards and multimedia approaches for campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Ensure assets align with brand guidelines and security policies.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and stay updated on trends.
