Responsibilities

Creative & Visual Development

• Create high quality visual assets including graphics, layouts, short videos, and animations.
• Translate brand guidelines into consistent and engaging visual executions.
• Support creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and promotions.

Digital & Social Content Creation

• Produce content for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, LinkedIn, and website.
• Design static posts, motion graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
• Adapt content formats based on platform trends and requirements.

Brand & Marketing Support

• Develop marketing materials such as key visuals, banners, OOH adaptations, dealer collaterals, and presentations.
• Support event visuals for roadshows, mall displays, media events, and launches.
• Assist in maintaining RADAR's visual identity across all touchpoints.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with the marketing, digital, and agency teams.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators when needed.
• Revise and optimize creative assets based on feedback and performance insights.

To be successful in this role you must be

• A college graduate with a 4-year degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, or any related field.
• In a Creative Artist, Graphic Artist, or similar role for at least 2-4 years.
• Has experience in automotive, lifestyle, or consumer brand.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Well informed in EVs, automotive products, or mobility.
• Strong foundation in design, layout, color, and typography.
• Proficient in basic motion graphics and video editing skills.
• Capable in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Is open to feedback and collaborative work.
• An individual that is bold and imaginative, creative with commercial sense, highly organized & detail-oriented, collaborative team player, and adaptable & fast learner.
