Job summary

HEALTHY MOMENTS CONSULTING INC. seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil works at our facilities. You will conduct preventive maintenance, log tasks, and coordinate with vendors for escalated repairs.

The role includes HVAC filter cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and supporting renovations. Candidates should have a vocational/technical diploma, 2–3 years in maintenance, and the ability to interpret drawings.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical diploma in electrical, mechanical, or building maintenance tech.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience in general maintenance or multi-trade repair.
• Basic troubleshooting across multiple trades.
• Ability to interpret simple drawings and manuals.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours or shifts.
• TESDA NC II is an advantage; own motorcycle is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil works.
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedule and respond to work orders.
• Coordinate with vendors for escalated repairs beyond minor scope.
• HVAC filter cleaning and basic maintenance; inspect for leaks or issues.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance per Anytime Fitness standards.
• Update maintenance records in Orbit4 and report recurring issues.
• Support club fit-outs, renovations, or equipment relocation as directed.
