Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair in building and facilities management.
• Willing to work on site and shifting schedule.
• Amenable to working six days a week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
• Address tenant requests and issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain facility uptime and asset integrity.
• Manage work orders from dispatch to completion and document results.
• Identify and report equipment issues; recommend repairs or improvements.
• Maintain health and safety systems; ensure all equipment is functional.
• Support positive client and tenant relations through quality service.
• Recommend process improvements for maintenance efficiency.
• Participate in company meetings, training, and development activities.

Skills

Skilled in multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting

Proficient in using hand and power tools

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Basic computer skills for maintenance of records and software use

Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Provides excellent customer service

Education

Vocational diploma/short course certificate or a bachelor’s/college degree
