Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years in service operations center, call center, or Workforce Management
• 3+ years with Workforce Management software (IEX, Aspect, WFM IEX, Blue Pumpkin)
• 2+ years building high performance teams

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery senior analysts across locations.
• Provide tactical recommendations of the financial plan to optimize resources.
• Support planning for execution of daily plans to meet SLAs and capacity needs.
• Lead short-range forecasts, scheduling, and staffing coverage.
• Drive real-time strategic decisions to maximize efficiency and fiscal responsibility.
• Identify risks and opportunities and propose cross-team solutions.
• Present complex strategies in clear terms to senior leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships for accurate staffing and reporting.
