Job summary

Coherent Philippines is seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead physical security, asset protection, crisis management, investigations, and security operations across our manufacturing facilities in the Philippines. This role is based onsite at our plant and requires collaboration with site leadership, HR, Legal, EHS, and Facilities to safeguard people and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Risk Management or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of security experience; 3–5 years in leadership/management roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, technology or multinational organisations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain security programs, policies, procedures and standards across facilities.
• Manage daily security operations including guarding services, access control, CCTV, visitor management and emergency response.
• Lead investigations related to theft, fraud, workplace violence, policy violations and other incidents; coordinate with HR, Legal and law enforcement.
• Support crisis management and business continuity planning; provide leadership during security emergencies.
• Manage security service providers and system vendors; monitor audits, KPIs and service reviews.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and company policies; promote security awareness across the organization.
