Job summary

PICKUP Coffee in Manila seeks an Internal Auditor to execute store audits under a risk-based plan, testing cash, sales, inventory, and compliance controls.

You will document findings, update risk scores, and follow up until issues are resolved, including reporting variances and control gaps with clear recommendations.

The role requires travel across NCR, Luzon, and VisMin, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, or CPA board passed, preferred.
• Experience in retail or multi-site operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out store audits per audit plan, including unannounced visits.
• Test cash handling, POS, inventory, and compliance controls.
• Prepare complete audit working papers and reports within deadlines.
• Log findings and follow up until resolution; re-test open items.
• Provide data for quarterly findings summary and suggest improvements.
