Essor in Manila seeks a Social Media Content Creator to own the end-to-end content lifecycle for a multi-brand portfolio. You will drive ideation, independent video production, and daily community management across platforms from concept to delivery.

The role requires hands-on creation, trend identification, and the ability to film on a phone. A strong portfolio and capability to work with cross-functional teams are essential for success in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional video editing skills using CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong eye for pacing, storytelling, hooks, and retention.
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Deep understanding of the US market, consumer behavior, and viral social media culture.
• Strong portfolio of social-first content demonstrating ability to create engaging videos.
• Creator mindset with ability to produce high volume content.
• Comfortable filming with a phone and creating platform-first content.
• Experience or background in the home and kitchen niche.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional partners and external creators.

Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and produce engaging short-form social content from concept to final delivery.
• Support day-to-day community management by responding to comments and engaging with the audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars and execute plans.
• Monitor content performance and share key learnings to improve output.
• Identify emerging trends and storytelling techniques for high-performing content.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera for product demonstrations; directing creators is a plus.
• Support paid social initiatives, including post promotions and Meta Ads.
• Produce a high volume of content across multiple brands with fast turnaround.
