You will transform raw footage into polished videos that fit a distinct brand style and deliver ready-to-post files on tight timelines. You should have strong editing experience with CapCut or Premiere Pro, a good eye for pacing and captions, and be comfortable taking on marketing tasks as workloads shift.

Qualifications

• Proven background editing short-form video for Instagram Reels or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
• Strong sense of pacing, hooks, captions, and trends in short-form video.
• Ability to follow and recreate a defined brand style.
• Trustworthy, precise, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form video content, mainly Instagram Reels.
• Tailor editing style to match established brand aesthetics and creative direction.
• Deliver finished, ready-to-post video files for review and approval.
• Handle content across multiple client accounts with different styles and requirements.
• Pitch in on additional social media and digital marketing tasks when video volume is lighter.
• Help with copywriting, email content, or basic marketing support as needed.
• Submit end-of-shift reports summarizing completed work.
• Log time accurately using shared tracking tools.
• Speed up turnaround on urgent video requests when required.
