VA Masters is seeking a skilled Video Editor to craft engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels across multiple client accounts. You will edit raw footage into polished videos that capture attention and align with each brand’s distinctive style, while meeting tight deadlines.

You’ll collaborate with the team on captions, basic marketing tasks, and quick-turnaround requests, ensuring accurate tracking of work and clear communication as workloads fluctuate week to week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, captions, and trends in short-form video.
• Ability to follow and replicate a defined brand style across multiple client accounts.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form video content, primarily Instagram Reels
• Adapt editing style to match established brand aesthetics and creative direction
• Deliver finished, ready-to-publish video files for review and approval
• Manage content across multiple client accounts with varying styles and requirements
• Support additional social media and digital marketing tasks when video volume is lighter
• Assist with copywriting, email content, or basic marketing support as needed
• Submit end-of-shift reports summarizing completed work
• Track time accurately using shared tracking tools
• Adjust turnaround on urgent video requests when needed
