Job summary

Onelife Studio, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Associate to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial records across all branches. You will support day-to-day bookkeeping, documentation, compliance, banking, and reporting functions.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment. Training and mentorship are provided as you grow within a growing wellness company.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate of Accountancy and Financial Management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the completeness and consolidation of daily sales report submissions from all branches.
• Encode verified sales and financial transactions into QuickBooks and manual records accurately.
• Assist in maintaining organized and updated bookkeeping records and financial documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounting entries and reports.
• Monitor and ensure timely, accurate disbursement of receivables across branches and coordinate banking transactions.
• Prepare weekly expense vouchers and supporting documentation.
• Assist in preparing tax filings and government compliance documentation.
• Support branch cash counts and inventory verifications.
