Worthwhile Marketing Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and branch support. The role will coordinate with multiple branches, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accountancy or related field, with 3–5 years supervisory experience in automotive finance, strong Excel skills, and proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience in automotive dealership operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes, financial reporting, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and transactions.
• Prepare and review accounting reports, schedules, and financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of accounting reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, and other accounting functions.
• Coordinate with other departments and branches regarding accounting requirements.
• Provide accounting support and shared services to other branches.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and government requirements.
• Handle multiple accounting tasks and deadlines across branches.
• Review and assist in resolving accounting discrepancies and concerns.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
