Overview

Job Title: MuleSoft Production Support Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Work Schedule: Full-time night shift, 11:30 PM to 8:30 AM PHT
Contract Type: Long-term, Freelance / Full Remote
Start Date: End of October / early November

Role Overview: We are seeking a MuleSoft Production Support Specialist to provide operational stability and incident response for a global retail client. You will take over from the European team at 17h30 CET and act as the first line of support for the US market. This is a dedicated night shift support role with a focus on analysis, troubleshooting, and communication. You will work closely with development teams, business analysts, and other IT support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the performance and availability of Mulesoft integrations and APIs.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to the Mulesoft platform.
  • Collaborate with the development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of integrations.
  • Implement best practices for monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
  • Document system configurations, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, for workaround or defects resolution
  • Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
  • Continuously assess integration platform performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in IT support or software development with Mulesoft.
  • Understanding of integration architecture and API management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
  • MuleSoft certification.
  • Experience in large-scale integration environments (retail, ERP, OMS).
  • Familiarity with Agile/ITIL practices for production support.
