Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced MuleSoft Developer to design, develop, implement and maintain enterprise integration solutions. The role is based in Quezon City with a hybrid setup and night shifts.

Key duties include gathering requirements, building APIs and integrations with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Mule Runtime, performing end-to-end delivery from discovery to go-live, and providing AMS support across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of MuleSoft development or AMS experience.
• Hands-on with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Anypoint Studio.
• End-to-end MuleSoft implementation experience from requirements to go-live.
• AMS experience for MuleSoft applications.
• Strong API development and RESTful integrations.
• Experience with JSON, XML, and CSV formats.
• Good understanding of SDLC, testing, deployment, and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements, including data and integration requirements.
• Design and develop scalable integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Perform end-to-end implementation activities, from data gathering and requirements analysis through development, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Develop and maintain APIs, system integrations, and integration flows using Mule Runtime and Anypoint Studio.
• Work with stakeholders and technical teams to understand source and target systems, data structures, and integration requirements.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Support deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments.
• Provide AMS for existing MuleSoft applications and integrations.
• Monitor integrations and investigate production issues, failures, and performance concerns.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Handle enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvements to existing integrations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support documentation.

• Knowledge of integration patterns, error handling, exception management, and API security.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving production integration issues.
• Ability to work with different data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
