Job summary

Umpisa Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an API integration engineer to join a growing software team.

You will work on MuleSoft-based integration, API development, and data connectivity, collaborating with client teams and delivery groups to provide reliable services. You should have 2+ years of development experience, a Bachelor's degree, and hands-on experience with Anypoint Platform, DataWeave, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

Experience in self-organizing Scrum with scaled agile.
Experience coordinating with client teams and operations.
2+ years of software development experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in enterprise integration.
Experience in consulting services delivery.
Experience in client-site delivery.
Eligible to work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

Identify and drive resolution of integration stories and issues, and any external dependencies.
Provide technical estimates for assigned stories and issues.
Update API specifications for changes.
Build, fix, and unit test API/integration services.
Participate in backlog planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate with Operations to resolve technical issues.
Prepare and review deployment procedures and documentation.
