- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; vocational training in mechanics preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of hands-on motorcycle repair or assembly experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in assembly processes, mechanical troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assemble motorcycle components, perform maintenance, and diagnose issues.
- Working Conditions: Workshop environment, exposure to machinery and tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills.
